Wall of shame

Chinese artist, Zhang Bingjian, started painting the faces of corrupt officials three years ago. But recently, he’s gotten some international attention by the BBC. He appropriately paints them with pink, the color of the 100 yuan bill to symbolize what they have taken in bribes.

BBC says that he’s angry about the level of corruption. And in my opinion, painting is a great way to vent! He’s already painting 1,600 portraits. assistants who scour the internet looking for cases when officials have been jailed for corruption so he can paint more pink faces and add them to the wall of shame.
